Britain’s antitrust regulator is ready for Microsoft to submit a modified deal construction to purchase “Name of Responsibility” maker Activision Blizzard, its boss Sarah Cardell stated on Thursday.
“We perceive from Microsoft that they wish to put ahead proposals to us to restructure the deal, probably re-notifying that deal, to handle our competitors issues,” she advised Sky Information. “In the event that they do that we are going to think about these restructured proposals rigorously.”
