The US Division of Justice arrested a Wisconsin man final week for producing and distributing AI-generated little one sexual abuse materials. So far as we all know, that is the primary case of its form because the DOJ seems to be to determine a judicial precedent that exploitative supplies are nonetheless dangerous even when no youngsters had been used to create them.
